What is ThinkGlobal

ThinkGlobal is a tool designed to help companies from all over the globe communicate and eventually engage in commerce with one another. Registered users can set up profiles with images and streaming video that showcase their company, products and services. Users can also post buying requests, send messages, search for products and services, and much more. Register today!

How do I get started?

Step 1: Complete the free registration form and select "Create My Account". Step 2: Click the SELL or BUY buttons on the any ThinkGlobal page, and then following the instructions for next steps.

What is the cost?

ThinkGlobal is free. There is no cost to register, sellers can post a limited number of products and videos for free. Buyers can post an unlimited number of RFQs.

How do I contact suppliers?

There are many ways to contact suppliers if you are interested in a specific product on ThinkGlobal.com:
  1. Click on either the product listing or product details pages to send an inquiry direct to the supplier
  2. Click to chat with the supplier in real time, or select to leave a message
  3. Try the phone number and/or fax number listed on the Company Profile Page to contact the supplier

Why don't I get inquiries from buyers?

A lack of responses to your product profiles on ThinkGlobal.com may be due to different factors. Here are some suggestions for improving response:
  1. Have you provided enough product details? Most buyers choose suppliers who provide lots of details about the product on offer
  2. Regularly update your posted Selling Leads to keep your information at the top of buyer searches
  3. Most buyers prefer to trade with verified Premium Gold Suppliers. To build trust with buyers faster, upgrade to a Premium Membership.

How do I change my name, company name, email address, or password?

While logged in, select the 'Account' link at the very top, righthand corner of the screen. Once the dropdown account menu appears, select the 'My Profile' option to navigate to your account dashboard. Once you are in the account dashboard, select the "My Profile" link in the lefthand sidebar, then select the edit profile link to navigate to the edit profile page. Here you can change contact information, account type, name, email address, and other important profile information.

How do I activate my account?

Once you have registered for a ThinkGlobal account, you should recieve an activation link in the email you provided. If you did not recieve an activation email, log in to your account using the credentials you entered upon registration and select the "Resend Activation Email" button.

How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

To retrieve your password, select here. Or select the "Lost your login/password?" link on the login page.

Can I search for buyers?

Yes, to search for buyers select the buyers option from the dropdown menu next to the search bar at the top of the page, or select the advanced search link and select buyers in step 1.

Can I search for products?

Yes, to search for products select the products option from the dropdown menu next to the search bar at the top of the page, or select the advanced search link and select products in step 1.

Can I search for service providers?

Yes, to search for service providers select the service providers option from the dropdown menu next to the search bar at the top of the page, or select the advanced search link and select service providers in step 1.

Whats the difference between search and advanced search?

The basic search interface allows users to perform a keyword search across public bids, products, buyers, sellers, and service providers for quick and easy queries. Advanced search offers the same functionality, but also includes enhanced filtering functionality and options to refine search results by things like country, category, and rating.

What are the premium options for enhanced visibility?

ThinkGlobal offers a number of paid options to increase visibility of your product or company. These include both sponsor ads, as well as the option to feature your product or company under one of the special featured sections of the site. Sponsor ads allow you to directly advertise your company with a 270 x 140 pixel image on every page in the "Sponsors" section. Featured products and companys appear as a link to your company or product's profile page on either the main landing, the service provider page, or the sell page. You can purchase any of these premium options by selecting the 'Store' link at the top righthand corner of the page.

Why did ThinkGlobal delete my video?

ThinkGlobal reserves the right to remove any content that violates the Terms of Service agreement or the ThinkGlobal community guidelines. This includes posting copyrighted materials and pornography. Please review both of these documents before uploading any video content. If you have any questions regarding videos that have been removed from your account, or the guidelines for posting video content, feel free to contact us.

How do I report content that might violate my intellectual property rights and/or copyright?

How do I report inappropriate, offensive, or other prohibited content?

How do I upload videos?

To upload videos, select the 'Account' link at the top of the screen, then select the 'My Profile Link'. Once you're in your account dashboard, select the My Videos link and then "Upload a Video". Once on this page, select the green "Upload Video" button. A window should appear allowing you to browse through your computers files. Find the video you wish to upload and select "Open". Once your video finishes uploading you will recieve a confirmation message.

How do I delete comments?

To delete comments, navigate to your dashboard by selecting the "Account" link at the top of the page. Select "Comments", then select "Moderation". Here you can remove any of the comments on your products.

What should I do if I find a bug?

If you find a bug while browsing ThinkGlobal, please report it using our bug report form.

How do I customize my storefront or profile?

To customize your storefront or profile, navigate to your user dashboard by first selecting the 'Account' link at the top of the page. Next, select the 'My Profile' option. Once you are in your dashboard, select the "My Profile" link, and then edit your company details or contact information in the appropriate subsections.
