AAPEX Event Management will notify exhibitors via email to confirm their eligibility and receipt of their Application/Contract and deposit check. The email will confirm information that was provided on the contract (i.e. section, size, seniority). It is important that exhibitors review the confirmation and advise Event Management immediately of any changes. No changes can be made in size, section or membership during the space drawing. Please pay attention to the posted deadline in your email confirmation to notify our office of such changes.
